Shipping Information
Artesanos Design Collection ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. Furniture orders are shipped from various warehousing points around the United States or directly from our store. Most in-stock furniture items ship within approximately 10 business days after an order is placed. If an item is out of stock or custom-made, we will promptly notify you via email with an approximate timeline for shipping. Shipping Options

Standard Freight Delivery: ($99.00 or FREE for orders of $1500+) Since most furniture is too large for small parcel carriers, we use LTL carriers and specialized furniture carriers for the fastest delivery, typically between 4 - 12 business days once in transit, depending on your location.

For copper and iron items shipping directly from Artesanos warehouse, our standard freight delivery is a "curbside" service, which includes delivery to your curbside or driveway only. It does not cover service inside your home, delivery outside regular hours, or weekend delivery. We arrange for our carriers to schedule delivery appointments (usually 2 - 4 hours) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. These items can be shipped via. A ‘Threshold’ service at no charge if desired, but please allow for an additional 2-3 weeks for departure as the necessary carrier does not service our location weekly.

For furniture items shipping directly from our vendors (Four Hands, Home Trends & Design, Co.House and American Leather) our Free Shipping option is a ‘Threshold’ service. This will be delivered to the nearest dry area of your home.

White Glove Delivery: ($149.00) Our White Glove service includes delivery into your home, assembly, placement, and removal of all packaging. For the safety of yourself, your home and your newly purchased item, Artesanos highly recommends the White Glove service for any items that exceed a weight you are comfortable carrying or too bulky to be carried alone.

UPS Ground: Items that meet UPS’s size and weight criteria are shipped via UPS Ground. Rates vary based on the item and delivery address, which will be provided during the checkout process.
Receiving Your Shipment: It's crucial to inspect your shipment upon delivery. If there are any issues, they must be noted on the delivery receipt. For optimal service, please photograph the packaging before opening, regardless of its condition, as these images are necessary for any claim filings. Keep the original packaging until you have inspected your items. This is mandatory for all service levels and freight shipping.
Items Damaged During Shipping: If your package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed), please note this on the driver’s delivery slip and take photos of the damage. Please only refuse the item if it is obviously damaged beyond repair. Refusing a shipment can delay the claims process. Please reach out to us at customerservice@artesanosdesign.com with proper documentation of the damage so we can work on a resolution with you. If damage is found after the driver has left, save all packaging materials and contact us within 3 days of delivery. For visible damage, we will handle claims and send replacements at no cost. For unnoted damage, we require photos to assess and may offer a repair, replacement, or a discount depending on the extent of the damage.
Remote Location Shipping: If you reside in a remote or more rural area, shipping timelines may be extended beyond our standard estimates. For an estimated delivery timeline, please contact us directly at customerservice@artesanosdesign.com or call us at (970) 259-5755.
Address Changes: We can update the "Ship To" address once a shipment is in transit, but this will incur additional fees as carriers treat this as a new shipment. To avoid delays and extra fees, please verify your shipping address when placing your order. If an item is backordered, we will inform you of the delay and the new shipping date, allowing you to update the shipping address if necessary.
Customer Service Notice: While the freight industry often faces challenges in customer service, we aim to work with carriers that provide satisfactory service to match the shopping experience you receive from Artesanos. If your delivery service was unsatisfactory, please inform us.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us at customerservice@artesanosdesign.com or call us directly at (970) 259-5755.
If canceling an order ahead of your order being shipped, a refund will be issued less a 3% merchant processing fee. Please note that we consider an order shipped once it has been pulled from the warehouse and is processing through the shipping queue. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, once an order is in the process of being shipped, certain costs have been incurred that we cannot recover. We appreciate your understanding. Crafted-to-order items (such as American Leather products, copper table/tops or iron table bases) will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if canceled ahead of shipping.
If canceling an order after your order has shipped, the shipment will be re-routed to our warehouse and a refund will be issued less a 20% restocking fee and all associated shipping charges. Please note that we consider an order shipped once it has been pulled from the warehouse and is processing through the shipping queue. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, once an order is in the process of being shipped, certain costs have been incurred that we cannot recover. We appreciate your understanding.
Custom-made, special-order items and all items that are crafted-to-order (such as American Leather products and custom copper and iron furniture) are non-returnable once shipped. If a crafted-to-order item is canceled ahead of shipping, a 50% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product from Artesanos Design Collection, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for return. Below are further details regarding our return policies:
Return Fees: All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping charges. Round-trip shipping charges will be higher than what you originally paid for delivery as we subsidize shipping costs for our customers. If you would like a quote on the cost of returning a product, please contact us at customerservice@artesanosdesign.com
Product Condition: The product must be returned in new and unused condition. If the item is not able to be shipped back in its original packaging, additional return shipping fees will apply for a ‘blanket wrap’ service to ensure the safe transport of the item.
Custom Items: Please note that any custom-made items and all items that are crafted-to-order, including American Leather products and custom copper and iron furniture, cannot be returned.
Payment Reversals: If you cancel an order or reverse a payment after it has been shipped or received, you are responsible for the full cost of the items.
Warranty
Artesanos Design Collection warrants its furniture to be free from defects in materials and construction for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, Artesanos Design Collection will stand by its product by either issuing a merchandise credit commensurate with the diminishment of the item's structural integrity or by repairing or exchanging the item with the same item or one of equal value. Shipping charges to repair or exchange merchandise are not covered under this warranty. The options made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the defect and assume the item is found to be defective under normal, non-commercial household use. Many of the items Artesanos Design Collection sells are crafted using natural, recycled, upcycled and reclaimed materials or are hand-crafted and will have characteristics of such materials and production processes. Minor imperfections, including small cracks, knots, surface markings as a result of shipping, and color variations in the wood are normal and are not defects. This warranty also does not cover lost or stolen items or defects caused by accidents, fire, or misuse, including but not limited to improper care and cleaning with harsh cleansers or detergents, neglect, abuse, alteration, or use in commercial establishments.
